Campion Liver Cake
A tasty liver cake that can be an effective training treat if cut into small pieces.
Ingredients
300 – 400 grams liver
1 egg
Enough self raising flour to make a dropping consistency
Preparation and Cooking
Place the liver egg into a blender and blend until smooth, begin to add in self raising flour, blending as you go, until the mixture reaches dropping consistency. Grease a baking tin with oil and spoon the mixture in. Bake for approx 20 mins or a knife comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack and cut into small pieces.
